Privacy Policy
Akevra is a four-track instrument and sequencer. This policy explains how it handles information.
TL;DR
Everything you create in Akevra stays private. Audio, samples, recordings, projects, and settings are processed and stored on your device. Akevra does not upload your data or send it to the developer.
Information collection
Akevra does not collect personal information, usage data, device data, or the contents of your music and projects. The app does not use accounts, analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
Audio and file access
Sound generation, sequencing, sample processing, and recording happen locally on your device. Akevra accesses audio files you explicitly choose to import. If you grant microphone access for recording, that audio is processed locally and is not transmitted to the developer.
Storage and sharing
Projects and app preferences are stored locally. Akevra does not automatically upload or sync them. If you choose to export or share a recording, or use Akevra as an AUv3 instrument in another music app, the selected audio or instrument state is made available to the destination you choose. Any storage, syncing, or sharing performed by that destination is governed by its own privacy practices.
Third-party services
Akevra does not sell or share your data and does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The optional contact form on this website uses Netlify Forms to process and deliver submissions under Netlify’s privacy policy.
Data deletion
You can delete saved projects in Akevra. Deleting the app removes its locally stored app data and preferences. Recordings or files you have exported, and state saved by another music app, can be deleted through the destination where you saved them.
Support and privacy requests
If you choose to use the contact form, the email address and message you provide are sent through Netlify to the developer and used only to respond to your request. This is separate from Akevra’s on-device processing. Support information is not sold or used for advertising and is retained only as necessary to resolve the request.
Changes
This policy may be updated if the app’s features or privacy practices change.
